Q: I can not hear any sound?
A: You can turn on the sound for your app using the volume control on the side of your mobile device.
Q: My app is running slowly what can I do?
A: The quickest way is to double-click the home button and close any other open apps that may be using too much memory.
Q: When will my app be updated?
A: We are constantly updating each of our apps and these will be announced on twitter prior to their release.
Q: What do I do if I need support, or have suggestions for improving the app?

Q: The map on my wickerman app does not show me where I am, why not?
A: The map is centred on the festival site but can be zoomed in and out as normal maps on your device. If you zoom and move to your location your will see a flashing indicator of your current position.
Q:Why can't I see updated news content on my app?
A: An internet connection is required to view news updates through 3G or Wifi.
Q:I get multiple sounds when I tap iNed, why?
A: Try slowing down your tapping speed.
